We want to update our customers on the current practices and safety measures being taken.
We always put the safety of our staff and customers first, in order to provide the highest
quality of service and craftsmanship we can offer. Below is a list of what you can expect
when you greet our technicians whether you need service, installation, or an estimate
on new equipment.
* Contactless payments and billing.
* Technicians will be masked and and using hand sanitizer periodically to keep germs at bay.
* Technicians will be screened for symptoms prior to beginning their work day.
* Technicians who develop symptoms will be quarantined and all persons having close contact will
be notified by us. (Close contact as described by the CDC, is being within 6ft of anyone who has COVID-19
symptoms for a period of 15 minutes or more).
Feel free to let us know if you or anyone at your home or business is experiencing symptoms, prior to our arrival or has a positive
COVID-19 test within the last 7 days or is awaiting results.
